        （之一）新闻通稿

      2010年2月28日适逢中国传统的元宵佳节，而在大连星海湾，一群勇敢的人们用他们独特的方式欢庆佳节。
   今天上午9点30分，星海湾海水浴场气温 1.7 ℃，水温0.9℃，风力4-5级。22位挑战低温水域的冬泳勇士，在冬网主席鱼王的发令枪响后，一齐冲入刺骨的海水中畅游。
   由中国冬泳网、大连市体育文化研究会，大连市生命科学研究会主办，大连挑战者游泳俱乐部承办，中国冬泳网大连冬泳俱乐部协办的【“黄山北极熊”杯2010中国大连首届国际冰水马拉松游泳邀请赛】由此拉开了帷幕。此次邀请赛是冰水马拉松游泳爱好者的一次盛会；也是弘扬人类不畏严寒、勇于挑战的体育精神，挖掘人体潜能、探索生命奥秘的一次创举；来自安徽、内蒙古自治区、河南、河北、吉林、山东、辽宁和上海的22名冬泳高手应邀参加邀请赛。
   冰水马拉松游泳运动是一项独具魅力的极限运动，它要求挑战者在0度左右水温中畅游，挑战自我耐寒能力和毅力。这项运动在欧洲很多国家盛行多年，但在我国此次算是开辟了先河。我们希望通过举办此次活动加强国际、国内冰水马拉松游泳运动爱好者的沟通和交流，充分发挥大连海滨得天独厚的自然优势、争取早日与国外爱好者在大连同台竞技，增进交流和友谊，打造又一张大连城市靓丽名片，为深入研究人类低温水域生存极限奥秘做出贡献。

    此次活动由“中国冰人”王刚义发起并担任现场总指导，今年正月十五是“南极勇士”王刚义成功挑战南极长城湾冰海九周年纪念日，这次活动是他多年倡导科学冬泳训练、挑战极限的一次大检阅。
   活动组织者、大连挑战者游泳俱乐部理事长王云峰（网名：中国冰人）介绍，对参赛选手抗寒条件要求很严格，要具有水中超常耐寒能力，能够在2℃左右的冰水中畅游25分钟以上，可以说此次活动的参赛选手都是中国冬泳运动的顶尖高手，这种冰水马拉松游泳邀请赛在中国是首次举办。据统计，此次参加邀请赛的22名选手中，年龄最大的已经70岁（网名：钢铁老太）高龄了，有两位残疾人勇士（黄山北极熊和樊景魁）、有五名女性。
   为了保证此次邀请赛参赛选手的安全，主办方会同大连大学附属中山医院医生在2月27日对选手们进行了全面的体检。28日挑战当天，大连大学附属中山医院派出救护车和医护人员在岸边随时待命，全程保障。选手下水前和上岸后，医护人员都要进行再次体检，宝贵数据将由大连市生命科学研究会用于冬泳科学研究。
   常年在星海湾海域冬泳的哩哏郎告诉记者，冰水马拉松游泳运动已经在越来越多的国家开展，英国、美国和俄罗斯的选手相继创造了各种世界纪录，而这次大连举办的冰水马拉松游泳邀请赛则会创下集体挑战的一项新纪录。
   经过几十分钟的冰水搏杀，22名比赛选手陆续安全上岸。当最后一名来自秦皇岛的冬泳选手王宝宇（网名：牙医大白鲨）上岸后，秒表停留在“79分40秒！”。这一纪录再次创造了人类挑战低温水域生存极限的新纪录。
   这次活动是由王刚义的爱徒一名极具爱心的残疾人“黄山北极熊”崔德益先生赞助冠名的。2010中国大连首届国际冰水马拉松游泳邀请赛的另一项重要活动，《人体低温水域生存极限研讨会》，将于3月1日举办，来自全国的冬泳专家将共同讨论冬泳强身健体的科学依据，探索人类生命极限。
   此次活动，受到国外冬泳组织的高度重视，组委会已收到来自韩国、法国、奥地利、加拿大、南非等冬泳、游泳俱乐部组织的贺信、贺电，台湾中华成人游泳协会也发来了贺函。
   在此，组委会热烈祝贺各参赛单位取得的优异成绩！向参赛的22位勇士祝贺！并致以崇高的敬礼！

Dalian Marathon Swimming Competition, the first ice lantern festival success
