吃不够的水煮肉片, 炸鸡翅---绝对比肯德基好,

水煮肉片,在我家是出现频率最高的一道菜了,我做得不很辣,不很麻,却总让我们感觉米饭不够吃啊~~

主要材料:小油菜、外脊肉,花椒、辣椒面、葱花、蒜末

做法:

1.外脊肉切薄片加少许淀粉、盐、料酒、酱油拌匀腌制;

2.锅中烧开水,加几滴油,入小油菜焯熟,捞出沥干水铺在碗底;

3.另起锅加少量水烧开,一片片放入先前腌制的肉片,加点盐煮熟倒入铺了油菜的碗中;

4.在肉片上依次撒上葱花、蒜末、辣椒面;

5.锅中入花生油和花椒粒爆香,趁热淋在辣椒面上即可。

如果是花椒面的话,直接和辣椒面一起撒在肉片上,淋上热油即可。

  入油锅前,用筷子夹着鸡翅在干面粉中沾,再抖掉表面多余面
  粉,便可下锅。

  如果有能控温的炸锅,就按照慕尼黑市区里那家肯德基店的厨
  子哥们告诉我的方法:180度油温,10分钟。如果没有,就凭感
  觉吧,炸至金黄色出锅。注意中间应该用筷子把每个鸡翅反个身。

  鸡翅空干油出锅,先盛入一个铺上几层餐巾纸的盘子里吸吸油,
  再盛入干净盘子里上桌。

  听说超市里有卖现成的炸鸡粉或炸鸡料等东东,本生物没用过,
  但觉得没大必要。就按上述的办法炸出来的鸡翅就已经比肯德基
  的好吃了。另外建议大家,油炸食品毕竟对身体健康不利,少吃
  点儿解解馋就行了。
