为体现“更快更高更强”的奥运精神，推动冬泳运动进军冬奥会，硕造中国冬泳品牌，迎接2022年北京冬奥会，决定召开《2017双鸭山国际冬泳锦标赛》，诚邀国际、国内冬泳精英及冬泳爱好者参加。具体情况如下：

五、项目设置

Five, project settings

1、竞赛项目：100米男女蛙泳、自由泳；200米男女蛙泳、自由泳；500米男女自由泳；1000米男女自由泳；4×100米自由泳接力（三男一女，年龄和大于180）；4×200米自由泳接力（三男一女，年龄和大于180）。

六、年龄规定

Six, age regulations

1、青年组：18-39岁（1999年至1978年）；

3、老年组：51岁以上（1966年以前出生者）。

七、参赛运动员身体健康要求

Seven, athletes health requirements

冬泳竞赛是一项负荷强度较大的竞技运动，对参赛者身体状况有较高的要求，参赛者应身体健康，有长期参加冬泳锻炼或训练的基础。参赛者可根据自己的身体状况和实际能力报名参赛。组委会建议参赛者赛前去相应医疗机构进行健康体检。

有以下疾病不宜参加比赛：

3、心肌炎和其它心脏病；

5、血糖过高或过低的糖尿病；

6、不适合本项运动者。

在比赛前由医务人员进行血压测试，高血压者禁止比赛。在比赛中，因个人身体及其它个人原因导致的人身损害和财产损失，由参赛者个人承担责任。

八、奖励及要求：
