　     本科这张碟的好处有三点：
　　１、本人和教练轮番讲解，非常完整；
　　２、全是近景，使人一目了然；
　　３、训练部分更是详细，就拿单臂训练来说，就分为两个层次，即不带转体的单臂训练和带转体的单臂训练。
