2015年4月11日，这是一个喜庆的日子。由雪上飞马万里带领的哈尔滨代表团一行十二人于下午6时许到达柳州访问。柳州游泳协会付主席梁金月<网名水中月>以及秘书长陈燕，财务部刘部长、活动部潘部长到火车站迎接。他们十二人风尘扑扑刚从贵州坐火车到达柳州，即受到了热烈的欢迎。他们下榻宾馆后，柳州泳协主席林义坤设宴款待了从哈尔滨来的贵宾。12号上午8点在柳州江滨公园一起暢游了柳江河。两地泳友欢畅水中，其乐融融。

柳州是一个花园城市，青山绿水，环境美丽优雅，城市不大也不小，依山傍水而建，景美人更美，在我所去的城市中柳州的柳江水质是最好之一，可惜我只在柳州玩了俩天，游了二次泳，感谢柳州的朋友们，欢迎到哈尔滨来。
