Dear friends!
My name is Irina Makarova. I am writing on behalf of the Amur Regional Winter Swimming organisation "AQUAICE-sport Federation".
Our Murmansk winter swimmers are happy to invite you to the wimter swimming competitions they are going to hold on March, 23-24. (the dates are in the enclosed regulations). One swimmer from each country goes for free and the others (if there are any) will bear their travel expences themselves. Accomodation and food is paid by the organisers.
Among the international swimmers who are going to come there are Ram Barkai, the head of Winter Swimming Association from South Africa, and Maria Yrio-Koskinen, head of International Winter Swimming Organisation. You will have a very good opportunity to discuss the perspectives of Winter Swimming Network with them as well.

Dear Friends!
Hereby we inform you about Russian Winter Swimming Competition held in Murmansk city from 22 till 24 of March 2013. Murmansk is the largest city in the world beyond the Arctic Circle. And it is very famous for its Annual International Festival of North including Winter Swimming Competition. The strongest sportsmen, swimmers from all over Russia and abroad will take part in this event. Welcome to Murmansk!
