12月24日晨起离开台湾《新北市观海楼》旅店，参观台北市，国父纪念馆、《101》世界第一高大楼、国立故宫博物院、晚上到达南头乡《山王大饭店》居住。

101世界第一高大楼，现为世界第二高，迪拜为第一高。在导游的安排下，我们登上89层楼高。站在那里，说是遥望全世界有过之，那真是全台湾的天时地利，尽收眼帘，无限风光近在咫尺。在那里无需解说员的介绍，发给每人一部收听解说器，自己可以任意欣赏各展室窗外的景观。室内陈设的《绮丽珊瑚》很美很美，纯自然生长的五颜六色，绽放异彩。

101大楼拥有世界一流的快速电梯，从1楼--89层，只需39秒。92—87楼，有一黄色大大的圆球悬挂在空中，很引人注目，据解说中阐述，那是风阻尼器，能抵消自然力造成的大楼摆动，以确保大楼内人员平稳舒适以防震所需。
