   在广西的西南部，在中国与越南接壤的地方，有一个漂亮迷人的瀑布，那就是继巴西-阿根廷的伊瓜苏瀑布、赞比亚-津巴布韦的维多利亚瀑布以及美国-加拿大的尼亚加拉瀑布之后，世界第四、亚洲第一的跨国大瀑布——德天-板约瀑布。无论规模和秀美，都堪称中国之最。+ y! S  C6 A$ J- k3 e5 ?
   瀑布按国境线划分为两部分，右边大的是中国德天瀑布，左边比较秀气的是越南板约瀑布。- J3 g7 Y" q% t* C+ q' j/ k) r
瀑布在归春河上。归春河是一条界河，发源于广西靖西县，途经越南迂回35公里之后又折回我国广西境内，叫它归春河，其寓意为“归国遇春”。% t- b$ N2 \1 J9 @
   绝美的德天大瀑布，因过去闭关自锁，当地人自古习以为常，不以为然，而地处边陲加之过去交通信息闭塞，使其很少为外人所知。就连李白、徐霞客等等如此喜爱山水的诗仙游侠，都未能涉足这块南蛮之地。) p$ Y: G" N5 _+ ^5 v. x) A) N
   由于战争,这片土地上曾被埋下无数的地雷，成为最令人恐怖的死亡地带。随着战争的远去，直到大规模的边境排雷工作结束之后，直到上个世纪90年代末期才渐渐被人们认知。

德天瀑布景区大门。景区门票80元，70岁以上70元，对老年人的优惠政策与国内其它景区都不一样。

德天瀑布景区范围很小，游客一般2个小时便可游完，我却陶醉于其壮美景色和中越边关风情，上午7点过入门，下午2点过才出门，用了整整7个小时。（请留意，下面很多照片的说明都提到这张地图所标地名。）

一进大门，顺观光大道到了观景台，两个瀑布一起落入眼中：德天瀑布气势磅礴，三级跌落，纵深60多米，落差70余米，水势激荡，声闻数里，蔚为壮观；板约瀑布，垂直落差30余米。婉约清秀像个窈窕小女子。

德天瀑布上游几百米处有一块充满传奇色彩的53号界碑，这是在1893年由法属殖民政府和清朝政府所立，界碑上仅刻有“中国广西界”五个字。据说当年清兵抬着石碑去立界碑，走到瀑布附近时天色已经擦黑，慵懒的清朝士兵不愿意再往前走，就近匆匆地埋下界碑了事，于是大片国土就拱手相让了，德天大瀑布也就跨了国，不能为我所独有了。

2006年6月中越边界全线确认，2008年我国政府在德天瀑布重新树立了835号界碑，现在它已经取代了旧的53号界碑。

界碑背后是越南领土，搭建了许多很简陋的摊位，专门做中国游客的生意。在我的想象中，所谓国界，尤其是曾经发生战争的边界，那一定是架设铁丝网，有边防军站岗，严密防守的，然而我看到，现在已成为热闹和睦的边贸市场，商贩和游客彼此往来，呈现出一派平静而祥和的景象。

我注意到，堆放在棚子里的商品外包装上，印的都是越文，但是商品名却是中文。

走进市场，几个越南小姑娘都用汉语普通话抢着招呼我。她们摆放的商品，有越南香烟、香水、筷子、工艺品、化妆品、食品等。问了问，用人民币交易，价格都不算高。

在这个越南小吃摊里，我吃了碗越南米粉。哈哈，不要边境证，也不要护照，居然我出国去吃了顿早餐。

简陋的集市商品并不吸引我，倒是喜欢上了集市后的异国他乡的美景，那雾气下的山峦，婀娜多姿的凤尾竹和归春河未加修饰过的原始的美。

为了视野更宽的欣赏瀑布上游的美景，我沿着中国境内炮台山的路标登山。好像至少几个月没有人走过，越往上路越被树枝遮盖。

露水把长裤全部打湿，好不容易走到半山，找了个稍微开阔之地，用手折断遮挡视线的树枝，瀑布上游美景一览无遗。

山上有一座岗亭，可以俯视整个瀑布区域，可见中国游客要想深入越南领土，还是有人管的。

站得高，看得远。最后，我又从另一条路上山，登上了景区观景亭，瀑布与群山、碧水、绿树相依相偎，美得有层次，有映衬，有依托，像一位绝代佳人，仪态万方，震撼人心，无比动人。

德天瀑布，游人不多，可以从从容容、心平气静地漫步在山水之间，尽情感受大自然的恩惠，这里没有任何摩崖石刻，没有观瀑题诗，一切都是天设地造的原始之美，清水出芙蓉的自然之美。还可以随时出国，感受那中越两国“山连山、水连水、国连国、友谊连友谊”的边关风情。
如果叫我评选，我一定会将它评为中国最美瀑布第一名！
