2021年关于纪念开国领袖毛泽东同志畅游长江55周年活动通知
本帖最后由 刘建华 于 2021-7-23 17:58 编辑根据天津市体育局、天津市游泳管理中心、天津市游泳运动协会的通知精神，水上冬泳俱乐部决定参加，纪念开国领袖毛泽东同志畅游长江55周年活动。
一、活动时间：7月18日（周日）上午10点
二、活动地点：天津海河水上运动中心
三参加活动人员要求：
1、身体健康，有常年公开水域游泳基础。
2、参加活动人员必须递交由本人签名的《自愿参加畅游活动责任书》。
3、本人近期体检证明。4、身份证复印件.
5、参加活动人员入场时测试体温，必须出示健康码。
6、参加畅游人员年龄65岁以下。
7、网上报名需要身份证正反两面照片及近期本人照片。
8、报名截止时间7月2日。
注：2—4是纸质版本，7是电子版本。
