COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">吃过中饭，大家开始游戏，有的玩牌，有的打扑克，有的闲聊，可是我对什么都不感兴趣，总觉得今天有事没有完成，那就是去冬泳。原本打算上午去冬泳，然后赶到酒店，可是朋友不容分说，上午九点就开车来家让我下楼，匆忙中我还是背了装有泳具的背包，心想，只要有机会，就一定去冬泳。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 22pt; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">换好泳衣走出更衣小屋，除了我们同来的朋友之外，又多了一些围观的人。而我，成了冬泳唯一的表演者，好在本人不怯场，从容入水，从容游了两个来回。还没等我上岸，就有善良而细心的女生拿来了浴巾，呵，这一阵忙呼呵，有擦头的，有擦脸的，有捂手的，有用浴巾把我紧紧裹住的，弄得我手足无措，再看她们脸上紧张的神情，仿佛是从冰水中挽救了一位落水的遇难者。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 22pt; TEXT-INDENT: 51.9pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.36"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 22pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman"> 回程的车上，我告诉她们，其实，大家根本用不着那么紧张，我平时出水后，都要在风中停留一会儿，特意让风吹一下泳后的肌肤，这时正好把水擦干，待肌肤微红时才去更衣，然后跑步暖身。如果泳后走进暖室或暖风吹拂，反倒不好，那样会让寒气入骨，一来伤身，这种伤身不是立即发作，而是日积月累在不知不觉中形成后患的。二来会让身体感觉更冷，因为寒气逼心，心就会发怵。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 22pt;
