TEXT-INDENT: 28.1pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">大佬城象往常一样拿着饭盒、证书、破冰铲一路小跑来到了汾河沙坑冬泳场，一看大伙们都没有来，他一边吃饭一边想着破冰的事，心里甭提有多高兴。严格的来说这里是一个裸泳场，夏季每天光屁股在这里游泳少说也有一百多人，随着天气一天天变冷，到了现在只剩下十二、三个冬泳人了。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></B></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 28.1pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">在这里，老城是资格最老的冬泳队员，也是大家公认的队长，但他却没有一点队长的架子，他自<SPAN lang=EN-US>2002</SPAN>年从工作岗位上退下来，五年来，扫雪、破冰、修路几乎都成了他一个人的事。开始大家心里过意不去，要他等大家来了以后一起破冰，老城瞪着眼说：“那怎么能行，你们下午还要上班，我现在闲着没事，破破冰也就等于多活动了一下，有什么大惊小怪的。”日子久了，也就没人与老城争了。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></B></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 28.1pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">记得去年冬天，老城从《中国冬泳网》上看到全国冬泳要在大连黄金海岸举行比赛的消息，当时离报名截止日期只剩下两天的时间，老城是一晚上的睡不着觉，第二天他来不及与大伙打招呼就一个人坐火车去了大连，待办完手续，老城才告诉大家他在大连参加比赛。而此时都快下午一点了，冰还没有破完，有的还要赶着上班，这时人们不约而同地想起了老城——默默无闻的破冰人。五年来，他几乎包揽了所有的破冰任务，没有报酬、没有怨言，每天早来晚走，用他的辛劳和奉献，真诚地关心、爱护着每一个冬泳人。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></B></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 28.1pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">话说老城在大连比赛时，被分在<SPAN lang=EN-US>65</SPAN>岁以上老年组，只听发令枪一响，老城就蹭的一下窜了出去，老城的泳姿不怎么好看，但他游的飞快，只见他一会狗狍，一会狐狸跳已超出其他参赛队员一个身位、二个身位，就在大家都认为冠军非老城莫属的时候，该转身的老城却一直向终点的反方向游了出去。你看把所有人都急的不知道喊什么好了，待老城发现方向错了时，参加比寒的队员都已到了终点。老城一看奖牌无望，不由得眼泪刷刷地掉了下来，此时的老城象个孩子一样一边哭一边站在水中就是不上岸……<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></B></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 28.1pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">后来，经组委会决定给老城颁发了一个鼓励奖，从此老城游泳时，饭盒、证书、破冰铲就成了他的三件宝，走到哪里带到哪里。如今，我们沙坑冬泳队在老城的带领下，队员们在家中能孝敬父母，邻里和睦，没有其它不良嗜好；在外面能扶危济贫，诚实守信，积极参与公益事业；在单位也因每个人心情好、觉悟高、精力充沛，成了生产骨干和先进工作者。</SPAN></B></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
