[讨论]贵州省赤水市冬泳专区推荐捐助对象
<SPAN id=yu><P align=center><BR><STRONG><FONT color=#ee1111 size=6> 对寻找捐助对象的说明</FONT></STRONG> </P><P align=left><FONT size=3> 因中国冬泳网各专区俱乐部的首批捐款数额有限，所以，中国冬泳网募捐专区五人工作小组研究决定此次捐款的受助对象在中国冬泳网已捐助专区中寻找。请各捐助专区版主联系协会相关负责人对协会内需要受助的人员进行调查。</FONT></P><P align=left><FONT size=3><FONT color=#dd4822> 募捐对象及条件</FONT><BR> 中国冬泳网自开展献爱心募捐活动以来，受到全国各地广大冬泳朋友的支持和积极参与，从而充分体现了冬泳人的爱心无限，致使本年度募捐工作已基本顺利完成。为了更加公开、公正、透明地把捐献到的每一分资金用到真正需要救助的人们身上，现特制定救助对象及条件。望各冬泳专区依照制定的条件积极推荐被救助对象。 </FONT></P><P align=left><FONT size=3> <FONT color=#ee1111>一、就读高中的在校学生（小学或者初中均属于国家义务教育，学费等收费不高或者学校不收取）；</FONT></FONT></P><P align=left><FONT color=#ee1111 size=3> 二、<FONT size=2>父母患重大病症丧失劳动能力的,<FONT size=3>生活不能提供保障的</FONT>贫困学生；</FONT></FONT></P><P align=left><FONT color=#ee1111 size=3> 三、因父母双方去世变成孤儿，并因此辍学不能上学的，或者尚无生活保障的儿童；</FONT></P><P align=left><FONT color=#ee1111 size=3> 四.<FONT size=2>其它原因造成贫困而需要资助的学生。</FONT></FONT></P><P align=left><FONT color=#ee1111 size=3> 五</FONT><FONT color=#ee1111 size=3>、凡被推荐救助的学生、贫困的家庭，需当地政府（镇以上民政局）以及学校出具相关证明，家庭实际生活水准情况简介，有必要发在网上部分照片。</FONT></P><P align=left><FONT color=#ee1111 size=3> 六、各冬泳专区每年度只限推荐一名，多者无效（各冬泳专区统一由版主推荐）。</FONT></P><P align=left><FONT size=3> ——中国冬泳网募捐专区管理小组</FONT></P><P align=left><FONT size=3> <BR><HR><BR> 根据中国冬泳网募捐专区管理小组的安排，贵州省赤水市冬泳协会专区立即行动起来，由冬泳协会主席陈业辉为组长，副主席郑永平、副主席聂世勇、副主席税利萍、喻生云、李勇为成员的考察小组。经与教育局联系，并经我协会考察小组考察。贵州省赤水专区决定推荐<FONT color=#ff0000>蔡红梅</FONT>同学，现请各位会员审查。</FONT><BR><P></P><BR></SPAN>
