我也是觉得穿衣服的时候发抖。我的感觉是，过量不可怕，但是得保证安全，要注意泳后保暖。要想办法尽快恢复体温。

mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman"">分钟，要是呆半个钟头，我不知今晚是否还能不能在这里敲键盘。换衣服的时候，脚冻得有点麻，手指头都快冻僵了。每天冷的时候，只是感觉身上打哆嗦，今天打开水壶喝水，眼睛眼瞅着手不停的抖动，把水都撒了出来。往栈桥方向跑的时候，东北风在后面推着，跑得很快。往回跑的时候，雪粒借着风力打在脸上，逼迫我低头往下看：雪花虽然不大，却也在木板的缝隙和沙地的洼处呈现了白色世界。脑袋被冻得痴呆了，不记得今天跑了多长时间。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 24pt"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
