COLOR: #f70909; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体">《中国冬泳网》成立一个扶贫基金会专柜。每位会员一年交纳一元钱的扶助金，有组织、有纪律、有统一、有计划的每年救济一至二名最贫困的儿童。</SPAN></STRONG></P><P><STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 36pt; COLOR: #f70909;
