size=4> 当前先进的腿部动作是窄打腿技术,其特点是两膝间距窄,收腿路线短,迎面阻力小;打腿中没有明显的蹬和夹阶段,而是直接向下向后做鞭状打水动作,这样也有利于加快动作频率。 史维明l老师翻译的国外文章:“两脚应在髋部投影内直接前收。收腿时,趾尖向后,两脚脚趾靠近。为减小收腿动作的阻力,在整个收腿过程中,小腿不应超出髋部的投影区。在收腿过程中,为避免小腿和脚掌超出身体的投影区,两膝应自然分开,但两膝外分宽度不应超过肩宽,否则会增大阻力。 </FONT></P><P><FONT size=4> <B></B><BR><IMG “还有一种技术既可减少膝部伤痛的发生率,又不会过份降低蹬腿动作的效果。运动员采用这种技术收腿时,两膝外分宽度可稍大些。采用如此宽度开始翻腿时,由于两脚外翻程度适中,无须膝部过份外翻。 采用这种技术应保持类似螺旋桨式的蹬水特点,同时又不至于引起膝部软组织过分紧张。然而由于开始翻腿时,两膝外分宽度略宽于体宽,将加大身体的形状阻力,不过可免受膝部疼痛之苦。”</FONT></P><P><FONT size=4> <STRONG> 二、翻脚掌</STRONG> </FONT></P><P><FONT size=4> 蛙泳打水效果的好坏,很大程度上取决于翻脚掌的技术。 在收腿将要结束时,两脚就开始做外翻动作:两脚外前转,双脚跟外分并尽量分开,脚趾指向左右,膝关节稍向内转,最终使脚掌和小腿内侧形成最有利的(向后的)对水面(图3.)。</FONT></P><P><FONT size=4> 现代蛙泳腿部打腿(打水)的方向是径直地向下向后而不是水平地向两旁蹬。以脚掌和小腿内侧形成最大的对水面,直接向池底打去,产生最大的动力。这就好比举着芭蕉扇用力往下扇扇出很大的风。这样的打腿方式,在打腿完成双腿合并时,借助反弹力,使臀部和腿部上升檫近水面平行,减少了迎面阻力。 水平地往两旁蹬腿的动作,不但效果差,而且产生较大的迎面阻力,动作完成后臀部和腿部容易下沉。所以“蹬夹” 、“蹬腿”的说法会引起误导,“打腿” 的提法比较确切,符合实际。</FONT></P><P><FONT size=4> <STRONG>2、打腿路线。</STRONG></FONT></P><P><FONT size=4> 垂直俯视,在打腿过程中双脚运动轨迹是对称的、弧度很小的两条曲线,接近直线(图6.)。而向两旁蹬夹的路线像三角形。</FONT></P><P><FONT size=4> <STRONG>3、打腿的发力和速度。</STRONG></FONT></P><P><FONT size=4> 正确的蛙泳打腿并非开始就要快速猛力发力,而是开始要用缓劲来做(这时进一步完成翻掌),直到脚掌和小腿内侧感觉水的压力,再加快速度和发力,也即打腿速度是逐渐加快,力量逐渐加大的,如此才能发挥最大的打水功效。训练中经常用通俗的话讲:打腿先慢后快,先轻后重。</FONT></P><P><FONT size=4> <STRONG> 四、蛙泳腿部的鞭状打腿技术</STRONG> </FONT></P><P><FONT size=4> 蛙泳腿部鞭状打腿技术是提高性质的技术。学员在熟练掌握蛙泳技术之后,为了加快游进速度、提高游泳效率,向专业运动员方向发展,需要进一步学习腿部鞭状打腿等一系列技术。蛙泳腿部鞭状打腿技术简单描述如下。</FONT></P><P><FONT size=4> 在脚掌还没有全部翻掌到位时,腰部已经开始向后方发力了,但此时双足继续翻掌、足跟继续向臀部收紧,就像把弹簧收紧一样。此时腰部向后方发力的表观是,腰部伸展、髋部伸展。 当腰部发的力经过髋部传递到腿部时,双足刚好完成翻掌、小腿向臀部收紧;之后,腿部开始直接的向下向后打水,打水动作开始轻和慢,逐渐重和快。力的传递方式是波的传递方式,发力就像抽鞭子那样。这和爬泳的鞭状打腿的原理是一样的。
